Access & Permit Requirement
The client is responsible for arranging and providing all necessary location permits and access approvals in advance. This is required to ensure smooth preparation and timely event setup.

We will not be held liable for any delays in meeting the event deadline if access to the venue is not granted ahead of the scheduled installation time.

Balloon Banner Information
Please note that the balloon banner is air-filled and must be properly hung or securely fixed to a wall or suitable surface. It does not float.

Balloon Float Time Disclaimer
Estimated float time is approximately 2–3 days under normal indoor conditions.

Please note that color shades may slightly vary from the images displayed.

Balloon float time can be affected by environmental factors such as cold or hot temperatures, high humidity, changes in barometric pressure, high altitudes, and exposure to airflow from fans or air vents. The float times stated are maximum estimates and may vary. In some cases, balloons may float for only one day, while in others they may last several days.

We guarantee that all balloons will be delivered in perfect condition at the time of setup. However, float time is not guaranteed, especially for outdoor displays.

Safety Warning
Adult supervision is required at all times. Children under 8 years old can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Keep uninflated balloons away from children and dispose of broken balloons immediately.
